Hi, I’m Suzanne and I have been a member of the CIPD for 30 years and a Fellow for 15 years. I have worked in HR departments for large global organisations such as Intel, Vodafone, and Ericsson, the public sector (the Ministry of Defence) and various SME’s in the Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D and Pharma sectors. I offer expertise in: Employee Reward, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Talent development.
I am also qualified as an NLP Business Practitioner, and a Mental Health First Aider. Additionally, I am qualified in SHL psychometric testing and Hay job grading.
I am passionate about all things HR. I have set up HR Sparks to deliver a pragmatic, hands on, bespoke HR Service to help you to drive your People Agenda for organisational success. Hi, I’m Alex and I have over 20 years experience as a Teacher, most recently in Business Studies Teacher (20+ years). I have taken the art and science of teaching (pedagogy) and applied to learning in the workplace. I offer action based bespoke training programmes, videos and online training in: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Google suite and Prezi.

Hi, I’m Rolo, an 8 year old Chocolate Lab and I have a double hatted role of team HR Sparks mascot and therapy dog. I’m always on hand for moral support!
