Employee Engagment
Gallup have published their annual Global Sate of the Workforce (2025) and which confirms a downward trend with engagement, wellbeing, and manager morale all declining. In Europe, 13% of employees are engaged and only 10% in the UK and Ireland. Manager engagement dropped from 30% in 2024 to 27% in 2025 and considering Managers impact 70% of employee engagement, organisations need to focus on their 'squeezed managers' .
